Starting this Friday, you'll now have two chances to catch me at Black Sheep! In addition to my regular 6:30pm class (which tends to be a little more mellow), I'm also going to be teaching the 4:30 all-level flow. We've got ninety minutes to play in this class, which means plenty of time for a good butt kicking, followed by a hunk of time restoring before moving towards savasana. Ahhhh...
